Our free 15-minute discovery phone call is an opportunity for us to connect and explore how our services align with your needs. Our goal is to understand your unique situation, provide insights into our approach, and determine if we are the right fit for you. It's a low-pressure, informative session designed to help you make an informed decision about how we can best support you on your journey.

Every evaluation will be tailored to the needs of the person being evaluated. We will use a variety of assessment tools and professional observations to determine areas of strengths, needs, and to determine if direct or consultative services are indicated. A full, detailed evaluation report will be provided.

Direct therapeutic services provided at our clinic in West Henrietta or via telehealth. Session are typically 30-45 minutes. Frequency and duration will be determined after a comprehensive evaluation.
Intervention will be individualized to the needs of the client based on the comprehensive evaluation. Intervention is a collaborative process that uses meaningful activities and builds on a client’s strengths to support growth and development.
At FCOT we use child-led, play-based, and neurodiversity affirming approaches to help your child develop the skills to be confident and autonomous in their daily occupations.

CBIT is an all-in one package that includes evaluation and treatment for individuals with diagnoses of Tourette Syndrome, Provisional Tic Disorder, or Persistent Tic Disorder. CBIT is available via teletherapy to any resident of New York State. Learn More.
